The Road Operations Unit serves as the primary unit within the Transit Authority. ROU is directly responsible for pursuing the department's mission of providing fast, free, and safe transit services to the citizens and visitors of the county.

The Office of Transit Investigations is the internal affairs and investigative division of the Transit Authority. Its investigators are professional fact-finders who uphold and enforce department policy and standards every day.
