Seal joined the Ridgeway County Transit Authority the 3rd night of September 2021. He rose through the ranks of the Road Operations Unit, serving as the Assistant Director for Field Operations before being promoted to Deputy Director under largeTitanic2 and eventually being appointed Director by Governor Matrix_oc.

Deputy Director of Transit

Clown joined the Transit Authority on April 1, 2021. For the past four years, he has dedicated time and effort into the department. He also rose through the ranks of the Road Operations Unit serving as the Assistant Director for Field Operations, where he established the Tow Operations Unit, and then later served as Deputy Director under Director RJView. Clown took a hiatus from the Authority while he served as the Secretary of State before refocusing on the Authority in 2024.

Assistant Director for Field Operations

ToxiEzPz serves as the Assistant Director for Field Operations. In this role, he is responsible for management of department employees in the field, including all transit and tow operations. Toxi is an experienced transit operator who understands the public transit needs of the county

Assistant Director for Training & Development

As the Assistant Director for Training & Development, dino is responsible for onboarding of new employees, continuing education of existing employees, coordinating RCTA's community service program, and maintaining and updating the training program of the department.

JamesGardai

Assistant Director for Administration

JamesGardai serves as the department's Assistant Director for Administration. In this role, he's responsible for the direction and oversight of our investigations office and our public affairs division. James is a skilled investigator and is always ready to handle even the toughest cases.
