Hey everybody.
I want to take a moment and reflect as the Transit Authority approaches almost a year of service to the Ridgeway County area. We've seen a lot- from great shifts to getting shot all the time, we've truly been through it all- and back- with the citizens of Ridgeway. Thank you for allowing us to be the ones behind the wheel- taking you safely to and from your destinations every day.
We strive to be the first department for many, the open door and open hand reaching out to people who come here and those looking for a fresh start. We are proud to be the department of Ridgeway County who looks for new people and those who may not have a perfect criminal record. We want to be open, interesting, fun, and engaging for not only our employees, but our community too.
As we prepare to welcome our ninth class of trainees into the department, I want to take a look at where TA's been and where it's going- because I want it to be the best department it can be. To do that, I need your help. Your help, and everyone else's. TA has to be what our citizens expect us to be, but it also has to be vibrant and entertaining. Join us on this journey, and help make the Transit Authority the best department in the county.
